One aobag station includes 5 equipment and 4 services:

智能锁

认证购袋的奥北用户，可以扫描自助投放点的二维码，或者在小程序中直接点击开门，然后根据LED灯牌显示输入开门口令，就能打开智能锁进入自助投放点。支持蓝牙和WiFi无线开锁两种方式。

Smart Lock

Any aobag user who has purchased one bag can unlock the station, by scanning the 2D barcode on the door or pressing the “open” button in the aobag WeChat applet, and inputting the random password shown on the LED screen.

发袋机

自助投放点内不需专人管理，用户可以自助操作发袋机领取回收袋。每次收运，工作人员会在发袋机上补充空袋。

Bag Distributor

There is no human assistant in the aobag station. A user can claim an empty bag by operating the auto bag distributor. Our worker will supply more empty bags when collecting the full bags.

监控系统
为保障点位安全和服务质量，自助投放点安装了视频监控系统，管理员可以实时远程查看室内情况，并备份视频数据。

Video monitoring

Each aobag station is video monitored from remote for high security and quality of service. Administrators can check the station real-time and keep video records.

软硬件运维服务
保障点位网络正常，所有智能设备的运行正常，并支持统计点位的居民参与数、投放量和收益情况。

Data Service

Data service is to ensure the normal operation of all smart devices in the station, and to provide a complete data statistics of the participations.

分类培训服务
对社区干部和积极居民，提供垃圾分类常识和操作流程培训，帮助大家快速行动起来。（培训地点：成都市高新区天府三街腾讯大厦B座8楼）

Training Service

We will also provide a training course to the initial users to help them taking actions asap. This training includes the classification knowledge and the operation procedure.

呼叫收运

＃每周收运的点位不需要呼叫收运。

＃单/双周收运，由系统和会员呼叫收运，审核通过后创建收运。

- 没有收运安排和用户呼叫，且上次呼叫时间大于7天的，可以呼叫收运。

- 点位余袋小于5个或上周以来没有收运的，系统自动呼叫收运。

＃40天内没有收运过的点位，需审核通过。

＃所有自助投放点，员工都可以随时呼叫创建收运。
